The resin pneumatic silencer uses a high-quality resin sintered body (such as PE or PP) as its sound-absorbing material, featuring excellent porosity and a lightweight design. Its housing and threads are usually injection-molded from impact-resistant plastics, capable of reducing exhaust noise by over 30 dB(A). Compared to traditional brass or stainless steel mufflers, the resin version is rust-proof, extremely lightweight, more cost-effective, and highly compact. It is ideal for improving the working environment by significantly suppressing harsh exhaust noise in automated factories.
